• US: 1-3 weeks to arrive after initial ship date
• INTL: 4-8 weeks to arrive after initial ship date
• No tracking is available on shipments of these items as this is what enables me to offer free shipping. Please keep an eye out for a black 5x7" envelope!

For orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and First Class International

• US: 3-5 business days to arrive after initial ship date
• INTL: 2-6 weeks to arrive after initial ship date

If your order arrives in the destination country and appears to be stuck (no movement for 5-7 days), it's probably being held up in customs and you may have to take action.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact customs to clear the package and pay any required fees.

These items are made to order per drop, each drop ships within 5-7 business days after going live.

• Look around the area, postal workers will sometimes place packages out of sight to prevent theft.
• Check with your neighbors, packages are occasionally delivered to the wrong house number.
• Ask a member of your household if they have seen it.
• If still missing, contact your local post office. Unfortunately as the seller, I'm unable to help with packages marked as delivered.
